Girls Flag Football provides athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills, compete, and grow their game. Led by experienced coaches, players receive focused skill development in a fun, competitive environment.

Families may request teammates, practice nights, and coaches during registration. Requests are considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Division age is determined by the player’s age as of August 1, 2027.

• Divisions: 6U Co-Ed & Girls 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U
• Gameplay is 5 v 5 with equal playing time for all players
• Practice: Schedule and frequency vary by age division
• 7 Saturday game days
• Game time: Two 20-minute halves
• Season-ending in-house tournament
• Registration Cost: $99, including a practice T-shirt, NFL Flag uniform top, headband, and matching socks
• All practices and games are played at the Armor Sports Complex (Dover campus)

Player evaluations will be held in early August for team placement. Check back for details.
