Christmas is less than 10 days away. That may be shocking or bring weariness to you. But I guarantee the children are excited, and they know Christmas is coming fast.
Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year. Even with all the extra duties that come with it, Christmas can be an exceptionally blessed time for us if we are resolutely determined that we won’t allow anything to cause us to miss it.
When you read the Christmas story, you will learn that most of the people who should have been there to celebrate and welcome the newborn King missed it.
There were many things that pointed toward the Christ Child, but too many missed it.
Today we have the advantage. We know the story; we know how and why Christmas happened and how the Christ Child has the key to life. We have no reason today to miss Christmas.
Don’t be that person who misses Christmas while being in proximity to it.
You can decorate your house with lights …
You can put up the tree …
You can go to Christmas parties …
You can exchange gifts …
And you can still miss it. Celebrating JESUS and knowing Him is the heart of Christmas.

I promise, you don’t want to be late. The very first song will bring you to your feet. Your heart, mind, and spirit will be drawn to the One who changed everything forever by His coming to Earth as a child to seek and to save the lost.
Don’t come alone. Spread the joy and the opportunity. Invite family, friends, neighbors, co- workers.
People are more open to spiritual conversations and experiences now than ever. Don’t miss this natural opportunity to share what and Who you have found.
Remember, everyone spends forever somewhere. Christmas is all about God saying, “I want you to spend it with Me.”
